Original review: I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt given the current situation and wait with writing any sort of review but it's been over 3 months now and I still haven't received my package, and I've seriously had enough. I very much appreciate it! I have a feeling I will eventually order again from Totemo. Many, many thanks to Rose for sorting my issues out and sending out the replacement orders. I'm satisfied with all of my orders and the items I received which is why I changed my original rating of three stars to four stars. So, to sum it all up, I was very frustrated with my Canadian orders but in the very end, everything was finally sorted out and I'm very grateful. (As far as I'm aware, the original packages still have not arrived in Canada.) All the items from those replacement orders and everything from my other three orders I had placed with Totemo Kawaii and had shipped to my European address came well-packaged and in fantastic condition. I received both of them today on August 7th. The packages (this time the two orders were send in two separate ones) were dispatched four days later on July 26th.
She asked me to check the orders and after I enquired if the replacements could be send to my European address instead of the Canadian one, she also changed the shipping address for me.
However, she had also created replacement orders for the ones I placed back in April. She told me that the courier was still investigating the whereabouts of my package. Update: After posting my original review on July 22nd, I received an e-mail from Rose from Totemo Kawaii who I did not have contact with before. Maybe they've gotten better over the last year but I just don't want to go through that annoying process ever again, because to this day, I have zero BTS shoes or pins and no refund. But they recently sent me an email about leaving a review on this website about my experiences, they aren't too bad, good stuff with nice quality but what they did to me was annoying and I'm never shopping with them again. I honestly I was so upset over this because I paid like 44 or almost 50 dollars for those items and never got them and then I was denied a refund, but it was also Ramadan, my holy month of fasting and I didn't want to have hate in my heart for a company I loved and did business with several times before, so I let it go. I sent my PayPal receipt showing them I did make the purchase but was still refused a refund. Finally frustrated I asked if I could get a refund and was denied, they told me I was lying and that they could not help me because the shoes I order were limited and were only sold for pre-sale, which I bought. I got a tracking number email either, only after my contact with someone did I get a tracking number but even then there was no evidence to support that I ever got my order delivered, I called FedEx or UPS or whoever they do business with and they gave me the same answer. Finally I get into contact with someone about my order, I was told it was already shipped and had arrived at my address, but this couldn't be right because I NEVER got them. But I never got my items, mind you it has been about 5 months now since my initial purchase of the shoes and pins.
I thought that was strange, so I checked my transactions to make sure I made that pervious purchase, I did, PayPal said I did and I had a con email from them. So I made another order for a few clothing ideas and accessories, my secodn order came a few weeks after that. I waited three months before they were up and running again, so I figured my shoes would come in soon. So I order a pair of shoes and some pins from them a while ago, but this is when the initial lockdown happened so I knew it was going to be a while before I got that order.
